I spent the first several years of my career in general practice and family law litigation.  For the last 4 years, I have chosen to use my experiences, both professionally and personally, to better serve people who have been injured through no fault of their own.  Not many personal injury attorneys understand the pain and suffering that comes from a motor vehicle accident like I do.  I was in a motor vehicle collision in January 2010 in which I suffered a serious injury. I grew up in Tampa all my life.  I defend my clients on a wide array of criminal charges in either State or Federal Court.  I started my legal career at the Public Defender's Office in Hillsborough County in 1994 and went into private criminal practice in 1997.   I have tried over 50 jury trials and many more non-jury trials.   My trial experience has taught me that intense investigation brings about terrific results. My practice has also focused on crimes involving violence and more specifically sexual violence.  Defending these cases has given me a lot of experience in domestic relations court representing both petitioners and respondents on all types of domestic violence injunctions..
