Defending individuals charged with a crime is in my blood.  When I started my career as a Public Defender in Sarasota County, I fought for each one of my clients working hard to protect their Constitutional Rights, regardless of the outcome.  As a partner in my firm with David Haenel, I have the opportunity to provide each of my clients with personal representation combined with the same tenacious attitude that I had as a Public Defender, but with many more resources.   I continue to use everything I have learned in the past years to the benefit of my clients and strive to achieve the best result in each and every case.. I have tried over 60 cases to juries throughout the State of Florida including Sarasota, Manatee, Hillsborough and Orange counties.  If you need someone with experience trying cases I am up for the job.
