Ms. Rossi has over 19 years of trial and litigation experience. Throughout the course of her career, in various state and federal courts throughout the country, Ms. Rossi has handled, and continues to handle, a variety of litigation matters, including those involving: breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, breach of good faith and fair dealing, partnership disputes, unfair and deceptive trade practices, shareholder derivative actions, violations of various state and federal statutes designed to protect consumers, trademark infringement, class actions, construction litigation, personal injury, premises liability, professional malpractice and employment litigation.
