Angela Guerra Flores attended St. Mary's University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Justice in 1999. In 1999, Ms. Flores started law school at St. Mary's University School of Law.  During law school, Ms. Flores was a member of the Women's Law Association, Bexar County Women's Bar Association, St. Thomas More Society, Family Law Association and the American Bar Association.  She was selected as an alternate Staff Writer of "The Scholar: Law Review on Minority Issues", was a competitor in the Jenkens and Gilchrist Moot Court Competition and was named Best Speaker in 2 of 4 rounds.  Ms. Flores was named as a St. Mary's University Alumni Scholar and earned the St. Mary's Alumni Scholarship for Professional Studies.  While in law school, Ms. Flores worked as a Law Clerk for the Office of the Attorney General in the Child Support Division.. In 2003, Ms. Flores began her a career as a solo practitioner, focusing on family law.   She worked as an Associate Attorney for a few local firms, exploring all facets of the law and becoming familiar with the Bexar County Court system, for approximately eight years.  At present, Ms. Flores has returned to private practice with the goal of providing quality legal services at affordable rates.  Ms. Flores practices in the areas of family law, estate planning, probate, and personal injury law.  Angela Guerra Flores is currently licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas, is actively involved in the Bexar County Children's Court, and is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.

I earned my Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law.  Prior to attending law school, I worked as a paralegal in San Antonio for five years, primarily in the area of Family Law.  I have a B.A. in Political Science, and graduated with honors from UTSA.. I earned my experience in litigation from the ground-up by first working in support roles before becoming an attorney myself.  I have the experience and knowledge to effectively assist clients in cases involving Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Preparation and Probate of Wills, and Evictions.. In a addition to being a litigator, I am also a trained Mediator, and am qualified and available to mediate many types of civil disputes.

Yvette M. Salinas, born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and presently licensed to practice in the State of Texas, is an active member of the State Bar of Texas.. Yvette is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law where she received her J.D.   Prior to attending law school, Yvette attended the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she was a double degree major whom obtained a Bachelor of Arts in both English and Political Science.  After earning her Bachelor’s degrees, she went on to purse her Master’s Degree at Texas State University-San Marcos, earning her Master of Arts in Political Science, with a Minor in Legal Studies.. During her time in law school, Yvette was involved in a number of student organizations, including being a founding member and President of the United Law Students Association.  Additional student organizations involvement included: the Hispanic Law Students Association, The Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and the Thurgood Marshall School of Law Journal for Gender, Race and Justice.  While on the Law Journal, her duties were an Associate Review editor in her 1st year on the journal and the Review Editor in her 2nd year. In addition to being active in student organizations, Yvette held a Research Assistant position to her Property Law professor during her second year in law school and, then became one of his Property Law Tutors in her 3rd year of law school.. Another of  Yvette’s achievements was being selected to participate in the Thurgood Marshall School of Law Wills, Probate, and Guardianship Legal Clinic for her 3rd year in law school.  This highly competitive selection process only accepts 6 chosen students each semester to be a part of this clinic.  During her time in the legal clinic, Yvette worked under the direct supervision of a licensed attorney.  It was here that she received a wealth of knowledge of how to draft Wills, Statutory Durable Power of Attorneys, Medical Power of Attorneys, Advanced Directives, HIPAA releases, Admit a Will for Probate, Application for Guardianships, Proving up of Wills, Proving up Guardianship matters, Small Estate Affidavits, Determination of Heirships, and other related matters. A notable event from this clinic position was her assignment  to a very complex Probate case where the estate was valued at over $2 million dollars.  As a result of the complexity of the case, Yvette received special permission from the Law School Dean to continue into the Spring semester in the Legal Clinic, making her the Senior Student Attorney in the Wills, Probate, and Guardianship Legal Clinic. Through her hard work and dedication, she was able to get a large settlement in favor of her client.. In addition to her experience in the Wills, Probate, and Guardianship sector of the law, Yvette interned at the Boling Law Firm, in San Marcos, Texas where she gained experience in Family Law.  During her time interning at the Boling Law Firm, Yvette assisted with numerous Divorce, Child Support, and Child Custody Cases.. I grew up and attended public schools in San Antonio, Texas.  I received my Doctor of Laws from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2000 and my Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Mary's University in 1994.. Before private practice, I worked for several law firms, and served as a state prosecutor in Webb County, and also served as an assistant city attorney in Laredo, Texas.. I'm an avid cyclist, and have participated in several charitable cycling events including the Tour de Cure, and the MS-150.   I also enjoy spending time with my family traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.
