I am a family law attorney in Hunterdon County, New Jersey where I am a partner at Gebhardt & Kiefer.  I am a Certified Matrimonial Attorney and devote my practice to family law matters.

I am currently an Associate Attorney at Nigro, Pettepit & Lucas, LLP.  While my primary focus has been family law and divorce matters, I have a wide range of experience in civil litigation matters, such as equity complaints, petitions to partition, and estate litigation. I also have experience with real estate transactions, estate planning and drafting, estate administration, and trust accounting.. I began working at Nigro, Pettepit & Lucas, LLP as a legal intern in May 2012, and I continued this position part-time while obtaining my J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. I joined the firm full time upon my graduation from Suffolk University Law School in 2014. I was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in November of 2014.. In January 2016, I obtained my certification in Limited Assistance Representation (LAR) in all divisions of the Probate and Family Court. I also completed a SJC approved ADR Probate and Family Court Conciliation Training Program in November of 2016.. My goal is to provide clients with the best possible guidance during what can be extremely difficult times, both emotionally and financially.  I work closely with my clients in order to achieve their objectives in a strategic and effective manner. Devin graduated from the University of Oregon in 2011, where he earned a Bachelor of Science with a major in Political Science and a minor in English. Upon graduating, he pursued a career as an attorney by enrolling at the University of Oregon School of Law, where he graduated in 2014. A Portland native, Devin moved to Grants Pass in 2016.  His practice focuses primarily on all aspects of family law plus juvenile dependency matters.

I was a military wife for 18 years, travelling to many places throughout the United States and Europe.  It was a fascinating experience and taught me about different cultures and people.  I use that experience in my law practice.  I try to focus on more than just a person's legal issues.  I feel it is important to help a client stay calm and focused during a time in their lives when so much may seem to be out of control.. I began my education while stationed at RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom.  I finished my bachelors of science degree, graduating cum laude, at Auburn University, Montgomery, in Montgomery, Alabama.  I finished my education in 2014, getting my law degree at the University of Oregon.  I passed the bar in 2014 and have been practicing continuously since that time.. My goal as an attorney is to do what I can to help my clients reach their goals.  If those goals are not realistic, I will tell my clients and help them readjust to something more obtainable.  I feel it is important to be upfront with clients, even if that means telling them the brutal realities of their situation.
