She attended New England University Law School, where she graduated cum laude and Top 10% of her class. This work inspired my decision to attend the University of Washington School of Law and I received a Juris Doctor degree in 2003. I worked for the Whatcom County Public Defender before going into private practice.

Mr. Mathis graduated from Capital University Law School with honors in 2007.  While in law school he worked for two years learning the world of insurance defense while clerking for the Cincinnati Insurance Company.  His time there gave him an insiders understanding of how insurance companies defend personal injury claims. Ashley Wilburn was born and raised in Hagerstown, Maryland and is a North Hagerstown High School alumnus.  Ashley’s current practice emphasizes family law, including divorce, alimony, marital property distribution, child custody, child support, prenuptial and postnuptial (separation) agreements, enforcement and post-divorce matters, step-parent and private party adoptions, and child welfare.  Her practice also includes estate planning, wills and trust, probate and estate administration, and commercial, contract and civil litigation.  Ashley is also court-appointed to represent children in contested custody cases, and she has recently become a certified mediator.  She looks forward to expanding her practice to include mediation.. Massa has over eight (8) years of experience in the legal industry. She began her legal career in 2014 interning as a Victim Witness Advocate with the Bristol County District Attorney’s office in Massachusetts. Jessica S. I am a native of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and have focused my legal profession in the area of family law.  After law school, I began working with  law firms as an associate attorney focusing mainly on family law cases.  I have successfully negotiated and resolved numerous divorce and custody cases, and I have tried numerous contested divorce cases and contested custody cases across the State of Maryland, with my primary practice in Anne Arundel County.  Not only have I represented parties in divorce and custody actions, I have also been appointed by the Court as a best interests attorney for children.  Additionally, I volunteer some of my time at the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County as a facilitator to help mediate cases at Scheduling Conferences..
