Kathi Sandweiss, a former award-winning television journalist, now enjoys a combined arbitration and appellate practice. She is a partner at Jaburg & Wilk, P.C., where she has practiced law over 30 years. Since 2016, Kathi has been an active commercial arbitrator on the roster of the American Arbitration Association. Her AAA cases have included complex asbestos trust claims, franchise agreements, service agreements, landlord/tenant disputes, emergency injunctive relief in a cannabis dispute and multiple consumer claims. She served as sole arbiter on a complex commercial case, with over $1.4 million in dispute, involving issues of breach of contract, UCC and agriculture law. I  graduated from Central Washington University (B.A.) in 1987 and Gonzaga University School of Law (J.D.)  in 1990.   I have  extensive trial experience in family law, criminal law and civil matters.  Following law school, I joined the Franklin County, Washington, Prosecutor’s Office, where I tried and won numerous cases.  In 1995, I joined the law firm of Critchlow, Williams & Schuster, P.S., in Richland, Washington, where I continued as a trial attorney in the areas of family law, criminal law, and personal injury.  From 2002 until moving to Arizona in 2005, I maintained my own firm, with a continuing emphasis on family law and litigation.  Upon gaining admission to practice law in the State of Arizona in November 2005, I joined the law firm of Campbell & Mahoney, Chtd., where I tried multiple civil cases to million dollar verdicts.  Since 2012 I have practiced exclusively in the area of family law.

Dustin worked as a paralegal in a domestic relations/family law practice prior to attending law school.  He worked as a commercial litigation/insurance defense attorney for the years immediately following law school.  Then, after going through his own divorce in 2004, he again began studying family law and looking into shifting the focus of his practice.. In 2006, he became a single father of the most delightful little girl.  The paternity action and negotiation of a parenting plan that would provide the best possible environment for the co-parenting of his daughter allowed him to again see this aspect of the law through the eyes of a client, as opposed to a lawyer.. Stephanie graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice. After a former judge turned professor convinced her to pursue law school over law enforcement, Stephanie moved to Phoenix to establish herself in the Grand Canyon State. Stephanie went on to graduate from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University with a Sports Law and Business emphasis.. Following her passion, directly out of law school Stephanie began working in family law. Logan was born and raised in New York, and recently moved to Phoenix to be closer to family. She received her undergraduate degree with honors in Sociology from the University of Florida. She then obtained her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in Manhattan, New York. During her time at law school, Logan was a member of the Family Attorneys Mobilizing club. She also served as an intern to a Family Court judge in the Bronx, NY..
