I have been in private practice in the area of family law and domestic violence since 2008.    Prior to my private practice, I worked for five and a half years for the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program at the San Diego Family Justice Center, where I represented victims of domestic violence at restraining order hearings and for custody, visitation, child and spousal support.  I was also a member of the San Diego County Domestic Violence Fatality Review Team and served as chair of the San Diego Domestic Violence Council Legal Subcommittee.  In addition to my law degree, I also have a Master’s degree in Social Work.

Scott Nickle graduated from the Gonzaga University School of Law in 2006. It wasn't until after Scott had taught English at Weber State University for 4 years that he decided to attend law school.  He started as an intern for Helgesen, Houtz & Jones after his second year of law school, after graduating he returned as an attorney.. Scott Nickle specializes in Family Law and Estate Planning. He has dealt with many cases in all areas of family law from Divorce to Surrogacy. Because of his experience he can provide his clients with the help they are searching for. He has also represented many clients being faced with criminal charges in both the Juvenile and Adult Courts.. Scott and his wife reside in Kaysville. They have been married for 18 years and are the proud parents of four children. Spending time at home with his family is his favorite thing to do, unless it's time for the children to do homework.

Catherine Reynolds earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Purdue University in 2012. She then received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver in 2015. During her time in law school, Catherine focused on juvenile and family law. She interned for Judges Michelle Amico and Theresa Slade in the Arapahoe County District Court, as well as Judge Donna Schmalberger in the Denver Juvenile Court before entering private practice.. Catherine spends her free time traveling, skiing, running, and enjoying the mountains.
