I was born and raised in Terrebonne Parish.  I attended LSU  for undergraduate studies and received a degree in psychology.  I then attended Loyola School of Law in New Orleans and graduatedd in 1990.  I practiced in New Orleans for approximately 10 years an then moved back to Houma, where I currrently practice.

He served with distinction for six years in the United States Air Force and the Illinois Air National Guard. Following his military career, in law school, he was the Vice President of the Public Interest Law Society (PILS) at Northern Illinois University, and a Semi-Finalist in the Mock Trial Competition.

I am a divorced father and grandfather who has practiced law on a full time basis in the communities of the City of Chillicothe and Peoria for in excess of 30 years.  I am very involved in not for profit activities in and around the City of Chillicothe where I reside with my Irish Wolfhound.  I believe in giving back to the community which has made it possible to support myself and my family.
