Attorney Mary Lynn Damaré has practiced law for over 30 years and has lived and practiced law in DeSoto County, Mississippi for 17 years. She was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1987 and the Tennessee Bar in 2009. Her legal experience includes family, criminal, personal injury, and civil law cases in the local  city, county, chancery, and circuit courts in Mississippi and Tennessee.  Her broad based experience includes active duty service in the United States Air Force with the Judge Advocate General's Corps. She then served as a reserve Air Force JAG officer, retiring in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in 2014. I own and operate the Law Office of W. Scott Kimberly, located in the Historic Smith & Sellers Building in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. My goal is to provide effective legal services to every client that I represent.

I am a 3rd generation attorney. I have lived in Murfreesboro, Tennessee my entire life and representing my community is what I take pride in. I studied Criminal Justice in college and went to have an internship at the 16th Judicial District's District Attorney's Office in the spring of 2008. Afterward, I became a paralegal for Sonya W. Henderson and remained her paralegal for over 4 years while I attended law school. After graduating law school, I took interest in practicing criminal defense, family law, juvenile, and personal injury. I love my clients and want to make sure that they get the absolutely best result.

I believe the law profession chose me long before I chose it.  As a young child I was often told I could argue with a wall.  I now have been involved in the legal community for over 20 years.  I began my career as a receptionist and worked my way through the industry as a secretary, paralegal, and administrative assistant while obtaining my education at Middle Tennessee State University.  I spent 8 years of my legal career serving the Tennessee Judiciary as a Judicial Assistant to two circuit judges.    My personal experiences and peer encouragement lead me to further my education by attending the Nashville School of Law all while I continued to work full time.  Graduating in 2006, I began to seek the area of law that most suited my personality and conviction.   I am committed to serving families in Tennessee as they navigate the temptuous waters of family law.  I am committed to doing my best to represent my client's interests without compromising the values for which I hold dear.  Honesty, integrity and thorough communication are not compromised in my approach to each case.  It is my desire to educate and assist a client in making the best possible decision in their case. Therefore, i often not only attempt to offer my legal advice but the practical advice that will help them make an informed decision as they attempt to better their circumstances in life.

I was born and raised right here in Middle Tennessee.  My wife and I have one daughter that keeps us very busy.  I studied political science and history in college and obtained my law degree at the Nashville School of Law.  While I attended law school at night, I spent my days as a judicial commissioner/magistrate in my hometown of Warren County, as well as two years as the DUI Coordinator for the Williamson County District Attorney's Office.  Upon completion of law school and passing the bar exam, I was immediately promoted to DUI Prosecutor.  I have conducted several jury trials in my career and enjoy the challenges involved in litigating cases in the courtroom.  I take pride in my work and make sure that all of my clients feel like part of the family.  If there is anything I can do to assist you or your family, then please do not hesitate to give me a call.

Loren A. Sanderson is the newest and first female member at Kious, Rodgers, Barger, & Sanderson, PLLC. Loren focuses her practice on litigation in the area of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, contempt, dependent neglect, and adoption. Loren also assists clients with criminal defense, probate, and estate planning matters. Loren joined the firm in 2015 after establishing her practice with a firm in Nashville. Loren is also a Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator and has extensive experience mediating family law disputes. Loren graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2008 with a B.S. in Political Science and went on to attend law school and earn her Juris Doctor in 2012 from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois.. I grew up in a small town in Middle Tennessee.  At the age of 13, I decided to pursue a law degree so that I could help other people.  13 years later, I was sworn in as a Tennessee attorney and began doing just that.. Thank you for taking a few mintues to learn about me and perhaps help you decide if I can be of service to you for your legal needs.  I have been practing law since 2004.  Prior to actively practicing law, I worked as a police officer in Smryna, TN and later as a police officer in Nashville, TN, where I left as a Sergeant to pursue my law career.  I attended Motlow State Community College and achieved an Associates Degree in Social Science in 1994.  I then attended Middle TN State University and achieved a second Associates Degree in Law Enforcement as well as Bachelor Degrees in Criminal Justice, Psychology, and Sociology in 1998.  I attended the Nashville School of Law in the evenings while working full-time with the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department and graduated in 2004. I am married with two children and basically spend my free time playing chauffeur, driving them to their various sporting activities, therefore my hobbies are basically non-existent.  I do try to make it to the gym regularly, but that is the extent of my hobby like activiites!   My primary areas of focus are domestic relations including divorce, custody, child suport, and family adoptions as well as criminal defense at the state level.  I am also a Rule 31 family law mediator.

Abby began her legal career in 2007 at Hawley Troxell in Boise, Idaho. Upon returning to her native state of Tennessee she began working for attorney Mitch Shannon in 2011 as his Legal Administrative Assistant/Paralegal. She has worn many hats over the years, from meeting with clients to preparing and drafting documents, and on top of that assisting in court with the paperwork needed for Orders of Protection.
