Sara graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies in 2008. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the William H. Bowen School of Law in 2012. Sara earned the Top Paper in Advanced Legal Writing for her paper on the Arkansas DNA Statute as it applied to the West Memphis 3 case.. Sara’s professional experience is focused primarily in domestic and civil litigation; her volunteer work includes clerking at the American Civil Liberties Union of Arkansas where she assisted the attorneys responsible for the victory in the ACLU’s challenge of Arkansas Act 1; and, researched, drafted, and prepared responses to proposed bills during the 2011 legislative session on behalf of the ACLU. Sara’s time at the ACLU has largely shaped her belief that everyone is entitled to diligent and competent advocacy when faced with injustice. During law school, Sara was an active member of the student chapter of Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers including serving as President her 3L year.. Her primary areas of practice are family law including divorce, custody, and child support issues; and, probate law including guardianships and adoptions. She will also assist in general litigation and social security issues. Sara is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers.. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. She loves music, reading, and anything outdoors including hiking, camping, and fishing.

Ms. Bozinski began her career at HoganWillig as a Law Clerk in 2012. Since that time, she has focused her practice in appellate work in various areas of law. Ms. Bozinski has handled appeals in all stages, including filing and serving the notice of appeal, preparing the record on appeal, drafting the appellate briefs, appearing for oral argument, and analyzing the final decision. She has superior experience in bringing appeals to both the Fourth Department in Rochester and the Second Circuit in New York City. Ms. Bozinski's solution-driven, congenial, and dedicated approach makes her an invaluable asset to the firm and its clients.. Ms. Bozinski's achievements and involvement while earning her Juris Doctor degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School have helped shape her success today. She served as an Associate Editor of the Buffalo Journal of Gender Law and Social Policy and was an active member of the Domestic Violence Task Force and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Club.
