Andy Scholz is a Springfield, Missouri native. He earned his B.A. from Drury University and attended law school at the University of Missouri-Columbia. In 2003, he became a Special Prosecuting Attorney for Attorney General Jay Nixon and worked in the Division of Public Safety. In 2005, he became an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Boone County, Missouri. Throughout his years serving as a prosecutor, in each of his cases, he was strongly committed to the physical and sexual abuse victims and their families. In 2010, Andy and his family moved back home to Springfield, where he focused his practice in family law. To continue his desire to assist families, he joined Rooney McBride and Smith in 2019, where handles family law, guardianship, and civil litigation matters. Andy is involved with several organizations in the Springfield area, including Dynamic Strides Therapy, the Betty and Bobby Allison Ozarks Counseling Center board of directors, and the Bigger Net Income chapter of Business Networking International. Andy served as the 2014 Springfield Family Law Committee Chairperson, and he is a frequent presenter for continuing education seminars on family law topics. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, I enjoy the outdoors and am a life-long athlete. I have served my country for the past eleven years as a JAG officer, and although I am fiercely competitive, I understand that everyone has their own definition of what it means to "win" when it comes to interpersonal conflict and litigation. It is important to me that my clients understand what is going on in their case and why; where they are at and where they are going. I do not have associates so my clients deal directly with me and my paralegal, Gabrielle. Kevin Allen Easley was born in Cassville, Missouri in March 1973. He received a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance & Banking, and a minor in Economics from the University of Missouri - Columbia in 1995. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1998 from the University of Missouri - Columbia where he was a member of the Missouri Law Review. He was admitted to the Kansas bar in 1998 and the Missouri bar in 1999.. Upon graduating from law school, Kevin joined the law firm of Shook, Hardy & Bacon, L.L.P. ("SHB") in Kansas City, Missouri. While at SHB, Kevin was a member of the business litigation group which focused on defending corporations on various issues such as anti-trust, insurance coverage and defense, contract disputes and environmental compliance. During his tenure at SHB, Kevin represented many Fortune 500 companies such as Kraft Foods, Inc., American Airlines, Inc., CNA Life Insurance Co., UtiliCorp United, Inc. and the Union Pacific Railroad.. Oakley was born in Kentucky and raised in Northeast Missouri. He attended University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg receiving a B.S. In Criminal Justice. While in law school he was an intern for Legal Aid of Western Missouri and participated in Appellate Advocacy Moot Court. In 2013, Oakley received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.. After graduating law school, he went on to live in China for over a year. While in China Oakley taught English, studied Chinese and traveled across the country. He also met his future wife Katya who had come from Russia to study Chinese.. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with Katya.

First things first, I was born in Cassville, I grew up in Cassville, my family has been here for generations, and, when I wanted to have a family, I moved back to Cassville to raise one. I can't imagine being anywhere else. I specialize in common-sense problem-solving because that's what I believe best deals with local problems.
