Nick started his legal career by clerking for a prominent firm in Columbus, Ohio in 1997.  He then went on to Law School at Capital University graduating in the Top 10% of his class with honors.  He currently represents both individuals and businesses before numerous Courts in Ohio including Common Pleas Courts, Courts of Appeal, Federal District Courts, and the Ohio Supreme Court.  He also practices before administrative agencies in the State of Ohio.  He focuses primarily on employment and family law, juvenile law, and contract disputes. Nick approaches law with his professional concept that attorneys should not only perform as legal counselors acting as "problem solvers" but also must be proactive, preventing problems before they occur.

Since beginning his law practice, Dan has dedicated his practice to the areas of consumer bankruptcy as well as domestic litigation. He enjoys professional associations with the American, Ohio State, and Columbus Bar Associations.  Dan is also a member of the Credit Education Coalition, American Inn of Courts and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.. Natalie Parker Bluestein graduated from the College of Charleston with a B.A. in English, M.P.A. from the University of South Carolina, and in 1993 received her J.D from the University of S.C. School of Law. Her career includes work as an Assistant Public Defender and Assistant District Attorney. Presently she is in family law practice with Associate Beverly V. Snelgrove and Special Counsel Britton Mason Hawk at Bluestein and Douglas, L.L.C. She is involved in numerous professional and community services, including S.C. Bar Association, Charleston County Bar Association, The Footlight Players Board of Directors, The Gibbes Art Museum, Hallie Hill Animal Sanctuary, and the Junior League of Charleston, Inc. My law practice began as a clerk for the South Carolina Circuit Court.  I worked for Judge James C. "Jimmy" Williams for a year before transitioning to private practice.  My first three years of private practice focused on Criminal Defense, particularly DUI Defense.. As time progressed my Family Law Practice conitnued to grow and consumed more of my time. The joy I find in helping my clients with their domestic issues meant that those same clients reffered more and more friends and family members to me and my firm.  As a result, I only handle DUI or criminal defense case for prior clients or refferals.  My true love and passion is in our state's family courts.. There is little else more important than our families and our children.  The toll a separation and divorce can take on an individual's emotional, physical and spiritual health demands that they can trust, respect and bond with their lawyer.  I work hard to establish that connection with each person I represent and will conitnue to do it so long as I practice law.
