T.J. Roberts was born in Austin and raised in Lampasas, Texas. Playing baseball for the Lampasas Badgers earned T.J. a chance to attend Austin College in Sherman, Texas.  T.J. graduated with a degree in political science and moved on to the Texas Tech University School of Law. In Law School, T.J. served as president of the Criminal Bar Association, Vice-Chair of The Board of Barristers, and was voted the Board’s most outstanding member. In addition to the Criminal Defense Clinic, where he received an American Jurisprudence Award, T.J. was also a member of several national trial advocacy teams. T.J. was voted into the Order of Barristers, a national merit-based advocacy organization. T.J.’s primary practice area is Family Law, including Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Grandparent Rights, Enforcements and all other areas of family law.. T.J. is the founding member of the Brazoria County Family Law Bar Association, as well as a member of the American Bar Association, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Brazoria County Bar Association, licensed by the Texas Supreme Court to practice in all Courts in the State of Texas and licensed to practice in Federal Court in the U.S. District Courts of the Western District of Texas and the Southern District of Texas.

I was born and raised in Missouri City, Texas and currently lives there to this day. After high school, I attended the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, where I became a very accomplished and decorated musician – specifically with my vocals and saxophone. I graduated from UNL with a Bachelor’s in Music Performance. I then went on to attend law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas.. Throughout my career I have tried many cases, both jury and bench trials, including but not limited to winning custody battles, winning my clients disproportionate shares of their marital estates, and successfully defending against post-divorce spousal maintenance.  I am passionate about the law and my clients, and revel in being present in a courtroom. I strive to provide my clients with the highest quality of representation.. When it comes to clients who have suffered through the trials and tribulations of their family issues, I fight for my clients' rights. Ms. Samano is a graduate of The University of Nebraska-Lincoln (B.A. 2003) and The Valparaiso University School of Law (J.D., 2007) where she concentrated in the school’s Mock Trial team and the Death Penalty Clinic.  Ms. Samano was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2008 and has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.  She is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association  and the Tennessee Bar Association.  In the community, Ms. Samano previously served as the Chair for the Latino Task Force and a board member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of East Tennessee.. Ms. Samano is married to Charles D. Waller of Powell, Tennessee and has two children.  Ms. Samano makes her home in Fountain City, Tennessee.

I am an associate attorney at Schwartz & Plante.. I received my B.A. from Boston University in 2007, and her J.D. from Western New England College School of Law in 2010. While in law school, I served on the executive board of the Family Law Association as the Treasurer and Community Outreach Coordinator and served as a student member of the Faculty-Student Admissions Committee.. Prior to and upon admission to the bar in 2011, I gained first-hand experience in the area of domestic relations and family law, by working first as a paralegal and subsequently as an associate attorney at the Law Office of Russell P. Schwartz. Thereafter, I advanced my litigation skills by working in the areas of personal injury law, labor relations, family law and civil litigation while working as an associate attorney in a local civil litigation practice in Worcester, Massachusetts. I participated in contested motion hearings as well as in multi-day trials in the Massachusetts District, Probate and Family, and Superior Courts. Additionally, I represented clients in contested arbitrations and mediations. She was admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in April 2018.. In January 2019, I returned to Schwartz & Plante (formerly the Law Office of Russell P. Schwartz) as an Associate Attorney where I practice in all areas of Domestic Relations, including, but not limited to divorce, child custody, modifications and contempt matters.

After receiving distinctions for the Best Memorandum, Appellate Brief, and Oral Argument of her class from Touro Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Arshia went to Seton Hall University School of Law where she earned her J.D. After externing with the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, Division of Law, Arshia was a judicial intern for the Chief Judge of Newark's Municipal Court, Richard E.A. Nunes. Most recently, Arshia served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Anthony F. Picheca, Jr. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part.

After I graduated from Vanderbilt  Law School, I chose to practice family law due to my genuine concern for those needing representation during what can often be the most stressful and emotional periods of their lives. I now focus my practice on a range of family law matters including: child support, custody, grandparent visitation, alimony, guardianships, adoption, divorce, and father's rights. My undergraduate degree in Psychology, past work in a domestic violence legal clinic, and my internship for the Sex Crimes and Child Abuse division of the Indianapolis Prosecutor's Office have given me a unique insight into some of the more delicate issues related to family law. Because of this background I strive to be a zealous advocate for my clients while also taking the time to listen to their individual needs.

I graduated from law school in 2008 and began my legal career at a large law firm, handling complex commercial civil litigation. After seven years at the firm, I decided that I wanted to take my career (and my life) in a very different direction and, so, I accepted a position as a judicial law clerk to a federal district court judge. It was a true honor to work behind the scenes in federal court and really rounded out my knowledge of the legal system.  After my two-year term as a law clerk came to an end, I was presented with the opportunity to a domestic law and civil rights firm here in Nashville.  Then, in the summer of 2019, I launched my own law practice, Morris Family Law, PLLC, and I look forward to serving clients and being a member of the Nashville legal community for many years to come.. I live in Nashville with my husband, and I am an avid Preds fan who loves country music and good southern food.. I graduated from the University of Alabama before going to Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama where I was fortunate enough to learn trial skills from some of the best professors around.
