After receiving distinctions for the Best Memorandum, Appellate Brief, and Oral Argument of her class from Touro Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Arshia went to Seton Hall University School of Law where she earned her J.D. After externing with the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, Division of Law, Arshia was a judicial intern for the Chief Judge of Newark's Municipal Court, Richard E.A. Nunes. Most recently, Arshia served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Anthony F. Picheca, Jr. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part.

After I graduated from Vanderbilt  Law School, I chose to practice family law due to my genuine concern for those needing representation during what can often be the most stressful and emotional periods of their lives. I now focus my practice on a range of family law matters including: child support, custody, grandparent visitation, alimony, guardianships, adoption, divorce, and father's rights. My undergraduate degree in Psychology, past work in a domestic violence legal clinic, and my internship for the Sex Crimes and Child Abuse division of the Indianapolis Prosecutor's Office have given me a unique insight into some of the more delicate issues related to family law. Because of this background I strive to be a zealous advocate for my clients while also taking the time to listen to their individual needs.

I graduated from law school in 2008 and began my legal career at a large law firm, handling complex commercial civil litigation. After seven years at the firm, I decided that I wanted to take my career (and my life) in a very different direction and, so, I accepted a position as a judicial law clerk to a federal district court judge. It was a true honor to work behind the scenes in federal court and really rounded out my knowledge of the legal system.  After my two-year term as a law clerk came to an end, I was presented with the opportunity to a domestic law and civil rights firm here in Nashville.  Then, in the summer of 2019, I launched my own law practice, Morris Family Law, PLLC, and I look forward to serving clients and being a member of the Nashville legal community for many years to come.. I’m an Alabamian who made Nashville home. I’m happy to be here serving the great people of middle Tennessee. I live in Nashville with my husband, and I am an avid Preds fan who loves country music and good southern food.. For as long as I can remember, I always wanted to be an attorney. When I got to college I changed my path to law enforcement even though I still wanted to be a lawyer. Now, I have been in law enforcement for 25 years. During my time as an officer, I was injured while attempting to arrest several felony suspects. Michael Sarris specializes in California family law and has extensive experience in the areas of child support, child custody and visitation, spousal support and community property division. Benjamin J. Enger graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities with a BA in Political Science before attending law school at Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He then clerked for a Family Law Judicial Officer in Hennepin County and worked at Family Law specific law firms.

After spending nearly 10 years working as a litigation paralegal for several small law offices in the Minneapolis area, Arianna was ready to fulfill a childhood dream of becoming the first lawyer in her family. She attended and graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, MN, while still working as a litigation paralegal and running her own litigation services company.. While in school Arianna pursued a certificate from the highly ranked Dispute Resolution Institute at Mitchell Hamline to be better prepared to represent her clients in negotiations, arbitrations, mediations and court. She even won a regional championship as part of the Mediation- Representation team at Mitchell Hamline.. Peggy was a longtime educator and administrator serving the children in Mobile county for almost 25 years prior to pursuing a law degree.  She received her BA and M. ED from the University of South Alabama and her Doctor of Education from The University of Alabama.  Dr. Nikolakis received her Juris Doctorate from Jones School of Law and has been a practicing attorney in Mobile since 1996.  She served on the Mobile County School Board for 6 years representing district 5.  Her compassion and commitment to the children of the community is unparalleled.
