Joshua received his J.D. and diploma in Comparative Law from Louisiana State University. Before attending law school, Joshua worked as an insurance salesman and then ran a construction company. After being admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2012, Joshua clerked for the Honorable Douglas D. Dodd in Bankruptcy Court. He has a wide range of experiences that he can draw on when serving businesses and individuals. Currently, Joshua serves as a JAG officer and trial counsel with the Oregon Army National Guard. He welcomes cases in family law, bankruptcy, contracts, personal injury, real estate, and more.

McCaskill, Liam practiced family law along with criminal defense for an established New Brunswick, NJ law firm. He is a member of the NJSBA. Liam graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and earned his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
