Marty entered private practice in 2002 at the Weymouth firm Gaughen, Gaughen, Lane & Hernando, representing individuals and businesses in all aspects of their legal needs.  Since that time, he has gained a reputation for his hands-on, innovative, and cost-effective approach to representing his clients. In addition to being an attorney, I am a mathematician who enjoys problem solving. My pratice is focused in the areas of Estate Planning, Business/Corporate Law, and Probate.. I enjoy the opportunity to work with people, to learn their stories, wishes and challenges, and to develop an estate plan or business plan that addresses their specific needs. No two people or businesses are identifical and i work to develop plans that address the individual needs.. I enjoy people and value the relationships I have with clients and colleagues. I am involved in the local community and enjoy the opportunity to give back to the community and to participate in my community.

Peter has been with our firm since 2003. Mr. Keon received hisadvanced (Masters) degree in Tax Law, as well as his Juris DoctorateDegree from Temple University School of Law. Mr. Keon also holdsthe Certified Public Accountant designation and previously practicedas a CPA before entering law. He earned his Bachelors Degree fromFranklin & Marshall College.. Mr. Keon’s specialty areas include the IRA Inheritance Trust®and the Flexible Irrevocable (Insurance) Trust. In 2013, Mr. Keonwas awarded his Certification as a California State Bar Specialist inEstate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.. Mr. Keon is an avid professional baseball fan and resides in Mar Vista.

My service to the community hasbeen very broad in scope.  I have served as a member of the Oconomowocschool board, the Oconomowoc Hospital Foundation, and as a trustee ofSt. Jerome’s Catholic Church.  I created a foundation for theOconomowoc Rotary.  I set up a non-profit corporation which providesmedical services in Haiti.  I have coached soccer for the OconomowocSoccer Association and Lake Country United.  Currently, I am Presidentof the Village of Lac La Belle.  I am a legal advisor to St. Jerome’sCatholic Church and Holy Hill, and run a free legal clinic..
