She earned her undergraduate degree from Saint Mary’s University in San Antonio in 2018 before relocating to Seattle to attend Seattle University School of Law. She graduated with her J.D. in 2021.. Trey was born in San Diego, California but is now located in Ft. Lauderdale and practices throughout the state of Florida. His main practice areas include estate planning, probate, trust administration, real estate, and adoption. Trey received his J.D. from Shepard Broad College of Law, Nova Southeastern University in 2005 where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law. In 2018 I moved to Arizona and am licensed here as well as in Washington state. The main focus of my current practice is estate planning in the southern Arizona region, with some family law cases as well. I was in practice in Kitsap County, Washington for 26 years. I started working in the law as a Deputy Prosecutor for the county and then later for several years as a special prosecutor for two local municipalities. I am still available to handle some Washington cases in estate planning. I am also trained as a mediator and have mediated numerous disputes. In addition to my law practice I am a musician and I play jazz in local clubs.

Ed Koons has been practicing in Auburn since he was admitted to the State Bar of California in December of 1978.  Mr. Koons has represented a broad range of clients, including individuals, local banks, title companies, contractors, mining companies, and other local businesses.. Mr. Koons has been active in the Placer County Bar Association and has served as its president.  During his tenure,  he was intrumental in establishing the bar association's website and making court rulings and calendar notes available on-line. Over the years, Mr. Koons has served as a director of a local church, several non-profit organizations, and the North Auburn Municipal Advisory Committee.. Mr. Koons grew up in Newcastle, attended local schools has been happily married for 41 years.  He has three adult children and one grandchild.

My practice is limited to estate administration and related estate litigation.  I accept appointments as a professional fiduciary for difficult estates or when the previous fiduciaries have been disqualified during the course of litigation within the estate.  I also serve as an expert witness in fiduciary litigation.
