For nearly 35 years, I have been a general business litigator, with substantial experience in jury trials, bench trials and all forms of alternate dispute resolution.  Over the years, I have also developed considerable experience in handling complex estate disputes and legal malpractice cases and have extensive experience in dealing with disputes arising out of M&A activity and commercial contracts.  My cases have often involved extensive use of expert witnesses, particularly those involving business valuation, value of services and other complex economic issues..
