After obtaining my Bachelor Degrees in 2004, I worked in the areas of marketing, residential real estate, and residential construction.  After finishing Law School in 2011 I worked as an Associate Attorney for Dickinson Wright in its Banking & Bankruptcy Group and represented banks during commercial loan transactions and work-outs.  In 2013, I joined Baltus, Kapoor & Associates, PLLC, in Troy, Michigan, where I expanded my practice to include estate planning, real estate, and small business planning.  As a founding Member of La Grasso, Abdo & Silveri, PLLC, I continue to pursue my passion of helping families and individuals achieve their estate planning, real estate, and small business planning goals.

Practice areas:  I am in full-time practice in the field of Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Medicaid benefits.. Birthplace:  I was born in Athens, Greece, but grew up in Wyandotte, Michigan, downriver from Detroit.. Family:  I married in 2007.  Our son was born in early 2010, and our daughter in 2015.. Outside interests:  Since completing the 2003 Michigan Bar exam, I've engaged in many hundreds of performances as a professional musician in and around Detroit, including as a lead guitarist with pianist/vocalist Jarrod Champion and as rhythm guitarist in the swing ensembles of world-renowned Detroit jazz master Wendell Harrison.

Although I have been an attorney for a short period of time, I have worked at Caputo Brosnan P.C. for 21 years as a legal assistant and that experience have proven to be invaluable.

Tim Summers is an associate and practices primarily in the area of estate planning. He represents families, couples, and individuals in crafting wills and trusts. He represents clients in probate, estate, and trust administration. Having appeared in state and federal trial and appellate courts within Nevada, Mr. Summers has provided legal counsel to clientele on the creation, performance, and remediation of their contractual relationships in the general business, commercial, and corporate context. Attorney Bryce L. Rader. Bryce L. With a law degree and a Master of Health Administration from the top health law program in the nation Mr. Rader began his career in public service with the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners.  While with the Board he dealt with complex health care issues and assisted in redrawing state health law.  Mr. Rader then worked for the Governor's Office, Consumer Health Assistance. Education. Mr. Rader earned a bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1996. He then went on to earn a law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law and a Master of Health Administration from the Saint Louis University School of Public Health in December 2000. He is a member of the Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, WealthCounsel, the Academy of Special Needs Planners, the Northern Nevada Estate Planning Council, and the Washoe County Bar Association.  He is also a member of the Probate and Trust law section of the state bar and a founding member of the Probate Bar Association of Washoe County.. Personal. As a fourth generation Nevadan Mr. Rader has an intense love for his native state and its surrounding environs. I was born and raised in Reno, Nevada, and I am committed to serving this community.  I graduated from Gonzaga University in 2001 with a degree in Public Relations and a women's golf scholarship.  I obtained my law degree, cum laude, at Seattle University.  While in law school, I worked for two small businesses, a boutique employment litigation firm and a small family law firm.. After graduation, I practiced law in Kirkland, Washington for over two years in the areas of real estate, business, and estate planning.  I moved back to Reno with my husband in 2007 to return to my hometown and to be close to family.  Since returning to Reno, I have practiced law all over Northern Nevada, serving the needs of small businesses and families and gaining valuable experience in the areas of business, real estate, family law, wills, trusts, probate, and litigation..
