Emilee graduated from the University of Tulsa School of Law with highest honors. During law school, Emilee served as the Native American Law Students Association President, the Public Interest Board Secretary, and as an articles editor for the Tulsa Law Review. Emilee also holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Baylor University where she completed the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core program and graduated with honors. Before law school, Emilee worked at the Oklahoma Department of Human Services in child welfare as an investigator. During law school, Emilee volunteered with Tulsa County Court Appointed Special Advocates for children (CASA). Emilee is also a proud descendant of Sac and Fox, Cherokee, Creek, and Seneca ancestors.. In her free time, Emilee enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin, their extended family, and their friends. She is an avid fan of Owasso football and loves watching Justin coach the Rams to victory. Emilee also dabbles in amateur photography and running and is involved in her church as a youth group volunteer.

Tim DeClerck, born in Enid, Oklahoma has devoted over 30 years to assisting individuals with various legal matters. He handles estate planning, family law, contract disputes, agricultural and mineral sales, right of ways and easements, as well as personal injury litigation. Mr. DeClerck obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in journalism/public relations from the University of Oklahoma in 1980, followed by a Juris Doctorate Degree from the same institution in 1983. Admitted to the Bar in Oklahoma in 1983, he is also authorized to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and the United States Supreme Court. A member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and Garfield County Bar Association, Mr. DeClerck is actively involved in his community, participating in various organizations such as the Enid Noon AMBUCS club, the Tour de Trike Tour and Criterium, the Tri-State Music Festival board, and the Denny Price YMCA board. Additionally, he is a member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church and serves on the Parish Finance Committee.
