Paula D. Langworthy has been in private practice in Wichita, Kansas, since her graduation from Washburn University School of Law in December, 2005, except for the time period she served as Chief Judge of the Oglala Lakota Tribal Courts in South Dakota in 2011 and 2012. She has a wide variety of practice experience, including family law, contested estate litigation, contested adoptions, and general civil litigation. Since 2016, Paula has focused her practice primarily on family law matters, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, paternity, prenuptial agreements, guardianships, adoption, and child-in-need of care cases.
