Anna-Maria Capizzi is a partner with the firm and focuses her practice in the area of family law.. Anna-Maria was born in Offenbach am Main, Germany, to Sicilian parents.  Her cultural background has a tremendous influence on how she interacts with her clients and practices law.  Anna-Maria pays attention to her client’s needs and her compassionate approach makes them feel at ease when discussing sensitive issues at a time of immense distress. However, her keen attention to detail and aggressive approach to motion practice has proven excellent client results.. Anna-Maria moved from Germany to Florida in 2000.  The first few years, Anna-Maria was devoted to learning English; eventually, she graduated with honors from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology.  Then, Anna-Maria moved on, working as a case manager for Henderson Behavioral Health, and as paralegal, before she decided to attend law school.. In 2012, Anna-Maria earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law where she graduated in the top 10% of her graduating class.. Prior to joining attorney Mark Seff as an associate attorney, Anna-Maria served as a certified legal intern for the Broward County Office of the Public Defender, where she worked in the felony division.  While working at the Broward PDs office, Anna-Maria participated in daily arraignments, numerous plea negotiations, and pre-trial motion litigation.. Recently, Anna-Maria completed her training as a Guardian ad Litem. Now she is looking forward to expand her practice in representing the best interest of children regarding timesharing, parental responsibility, and other children’s issues.. Stephanie N. Greaves was born in Santa Maria, California and grew up in an Air Force family. Growing up in a military family provided Stephanie with the realistic knowledge of what military families face every day, and further gave Stephanie the insight needed to handle military divorces and other military family law issues.. Stephanie attended Florida State Univeristy earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English, and a Minor in Spanish. Stephanie graduated from Florida State Univeristy in 2011 with Magna Cum Laude honors.. Stephanie attended Florida State University College of Law, receiving a full academic scholarship due to her academics and high credentials. Charlie Douglas was born and raised in Palatka, Florida. After graduating valedictorian of his high school class, Charlie attended the University Of Florida Warrington College Of Business, where he served as a Student Government Cabinet Director and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Business Administration.. During law school at the University of Florida, Charlie served as Editor-in-Chief of the Florida Law Review and graduated second in his class of 211 students. Charlie was also inducted as a member of the Order of the Coif and Florida Blue Key.. In 2007, Charlie gained national recognition for his fight to free a Texas man, Tyrone Brown, who had been sentenced to life in prison after testing positive once for marijuana while on probation. Hearing that Mr. Brown had already served nearly 17 years of the life sentence, Charlie launched a lengthy grass-roots advocacy campaign that resulted in Mr. Brown's Freedom.. Charlie has also fought against the tobacco industry and was previously named by the Lawton Chiles Foundation as Florida's Youth Advocate of the Year. Catherine Harris is a native of Long Island, New York. She attended Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, PA, and graduated, magna cum laude, with her Bachelor of Art in Political Science with a minor in legal studies. During her time there, she co-captained the Women’s Varsity Swim Team and served as president of the pre-law society.. Ms. Harris then went on to attend the Florida Coastal School of Law. There, she was a member of a legal honor society called Phi Delta Phi, a legal honor society which focuses on professionalism and academic excellence. She is also proud to have received the Book Award for Employment Law and earned inclusion on the Dean’s list for a semester. Ms. Harris graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2013.

Arica is a native of Minnesota, but moved to South Florida in 2002.
