She has practiced in many areas of the law, but in recent years has primarily practiced in the area of family law. She has been elected twice by the local bar association to serve as a Special Master for cases pending in Family Court. She has served as a Guardian ad Litem for minor children in cases pending in the Family Court. She is the provisional prosecutor for the City of Wright City, Missouri. Additionally, she is an Adjunct Professor at Lindenwood University, teaching family law to graduate level students in the Masters Counseling Program.

It has been a privilege to practice law since 1983. I worked the first three years of my career as a prosecutor in Pinellas County. I have been a trial lawyer since that time. Since 1995, I have been Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in the field of Marital and Family Law. I hold an AV rating. Consistent with the advise given by Abraham Lincoln to lawyers, I attempt to settle cases. This can only be accomplished if there is transparency and good faith. I would sum up my philosophy by quoting Teddy Roosevelt: "Walk softly and carry a big stick."

Attorney Fox has more than 20 years of legal experience as a Family Law Attorney, representing clients in divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, spousal support, child custody, and child support matters. He earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law.. Attorney Fox worked as an Associate and then a Partner at a prominent local law firm, serving as Partner in the Family Law section of that firm. In 2013, he opened a private practice to better serve his clients. He has chosen to join our firm as Senior Counsel to bring his years of experience to our clients. He offers our clients knowledge and wisdom as an experienced family law litigator, and he is dedicated to providing high quality legal services to our clients.. Attorney Fox has been recognized by his peers, having been identified as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Star in 2005 – 2008. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association (MBA). and has served on a variety of committees, including the Child Advocacy Committee and General Practice Committee. I have been practicing family law for over 40 years, and have helped over 3,000 people through this often difficult process.  I handle all aspects of separation and divorce, including mediation, negotiations and litigation of simple and complex cases.  I work on child custody, visitation and child support cases, divorces involving significant marital assets and division of property and pensions, alimony, and even pet visitation.  My approach is to work hard to solve your problems, but not necessarily to "punish" the other side.  I want you to finish the process knowing that the outcome was "fair" and you dealt with things "honorably".. My hourly rates are at the high end for Frederick County, because of my experience and reputation.  However, I also rely on less expensive associate attorneys (with "only"  5 - 7 years of experience) to "build" your case while I serve as the "architect" doing the planning and strategic work that my experience and knowledge bring to the table.    The bottom line is that my final bill is ususally much lower than the other attorney's is,   even though they may  charge less per hour than I do.
