Mr. Diggs sent a separation agreement on my behalf without my consent. I had to fire him. I spent $20k in month one, and saw my kids for one dinner. Total waste of time and money. Avoid at all cost.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This man is extremely rude and unprofessional. He has no regard for his clients and is 100% only interested in financial gain. Absolutely thee WORST attorney you could ever hire. Do not hire him!!
David handled my personal injury after an auto collision and my family law issues over the last ten years. I have full trust in him and his office to do great work in a wide range of situations.
