I grew up in the great metropolis of Granger, Texas. After graduating from Granger Independent School I attended Texas Tech University where I earned a bachelors of science in Human Development and Family Studies. After earning my undergraduate degree I attended the Texas Tech University School of Law and received my Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 2009. I passed the Texas Bar Exam and was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas the very same year. I have focused my practice on Family Law ever since.. I am very dedicated to my work and believe that each of my client's concerns are very important. I do my best to personally understand my clients issues and be available for them. I believe that is crucial not only to represent their best interest but to also be a support for them through the hard times. I am married and habe two precious little girls so family and children mean the world to me. I use that drive to help as many people and families as I can.

People come to me in a high state of stress. Often times they have been struggling for years to pay their debts. I take great care in explaining the entire bankruptcy process; from the pre-filing stage to the meeting of creditors. The upfront costs are explained which include attorney fees, filing fees and the counseling course fees. When meeting with a potential new client, my focus is to determine what is in their best interest. Sometimes there is no doubt filing for bankrutpcy protection is the right course of action. In other situations, filing a bankruptcy isn't really appropriate. The initial meeting with new clients usually lasts about an hour and by the end of that hour clients will often express a great sense of stress relief. This is why I enjoy the work I do.

Luke Barteaux was born in Norman, Oklahoma and grew up in northeastern Oklahoma where he attended Metro Christian Academy, after completion of high school he went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs and Administration from the University of Oklahoma before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law.. While attending the University of Oklahoma he became a member of Alpha Tau Omega and while attending the University of Tulsa he became a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity and the Family Law Society.. Mr. Barteaux now lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma and attends the First United Methodist Church of Tulsa where he and his wife were married and attend the Summit Sunday school . Attorney Daniel C. Cummins is a native of Monroe, Louisiana. He graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 2008. While attending Mississippi College, Daniel was elected by his peers to serve as the student body president. He also received the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Advocacy and Negotiations. After law school, Daniel served in the U.S. Army JAG Corps for eight years. He was initially assigned to the First Cavalry Division at Fort Hood, Texas were he was deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan. Daniel was subsequently stationed in Hawaii as a trial advocate, gaining valuable courtroom experience through the prosecution of federal crimes. Daniel’s last assignment was as a Battalion Judge Advocate for a forward deployed Special Forces Battalion in Okinawa, Japan. Daniel is continuing his service, focusing his efforts primarily in family law. He has both the education and experience that you need when faced with these difficult issues. Daniel resides in Monroe, Louisiana with his wife and two daughters.

Lucy Hansen was raised in Butte and Helena, Montana. She graduated from Carroll College and received her law degree from the University of Montana in 2002. While in law school, Lucy was a member of the Trial Team. She was awarded one of two Student Advocates of the Year Award at graduation. She is licensed to practice in State and Federal Courts. Lucy owned a solo family law practice from 2003-2006. From 2006 through 2012 she served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Child Protection Unit.. Brian is a founding member of Chapel Hill Family Law and has exclusively practiced family law in Orange, Chatham, and Durham Counties for more than ten years.  Brian has successfully represented hundreds of clients in all manner of family law matters, including particularly challenging cases involving high net worth individuals, business valuations, domestic violence, high-conflict parties, mental illness, infidelity, substance abuse, individuals with substantial separate estates, and parents with special-needs children..
