He collected and shipped over 35,000 books as part of a collaboration with the Liberty Bell Foundation and the United State’s Peace Corps designed to provide teaching materials for teachers in emerging democracies in Central and Eastern Europe.. John is an avid traveler having been to all 50 states (including every National Park in the contiguous United States), throughout Canada and Mexico, to Australia and New Zealand and to 14 countries in Europe. John enjoys golfing and hiking with his two dogs in his free time. He and his wife Amy have two young sons, Jackson and Foster.

Kathleen Egan began her legal career practicing family law in New York. Her legal background includes work on complex injury and civil cases at a plaintiff's firm. She is the treasurer of the Northwestern University Alumni Club of St. Louis.. Meg attended law school at Saint Louis University School of Law. During her final year, she served as Treasurer of the Student Bar Association. She did her undergraduate work at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, where she majored in History. Meg played for the Northwestern University Women’s Rugby Football Club, and served as its president and match secretary.
