Through settlement negotiations, where possible, or trial advocacy, when necessary, Darin strives to meet each client’s unique objectives and to protect each client’s particular needs. Having worked closely with judges as a judicial law clerk, Darin gained a distinctive understanding of the litigation process from the unique perspective of the Court and brings his insights to the representation of his clients.. Darin also handles appeals, particularly in family law cases. Darin assists clients during each step of the appellate process, from evaluating a potential appeal or seeking post-judgment relief to briefing and presenting arguments to the Court.. Darin is honored to have been nominated by his peers for inclusion as a “Rising Star” in Colorado’s Super Lawyers, 2014, an honor conferred on only small fraction of all lawyers practicing in the State of Colorado.
