Faye continues to represent clients at mediation, settlement negotiations and in all phases of litigation. Her practice is concentrated in complex domestic relations and parenting disputes. She has substantial experience in cases dealing in both large and small marital estates, including those with residential and commercial properties, closely-held businesses, trusts and pensions, as well as alimony, insurance and other related matters. Many of her cases also include contested issues involving children in divorce and paternity cases, such as residential placement, parenting schedules, co-parenting and child support.. A nearly life long resident of Northwest Arkansas, I grew up on a farm outside of Maysville, in Benton County.  I graduated from Gravette High School in 1986 and from the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville in 1992.  After being a touring musician for a few years, I attended the University of Arkansas - Leflar Law School.  I received my degree in 2001 and have been in full time practice since then.

Kevin Allen Easley was born in Cassville, Missouri in March 1973. He received a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance & Banking, and a minor in Economics from the University of Missouri - Columbia in 1995. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1998 from the University of Missouri - Columbia where he was a member of the Missouri Law Review. He was admitted to the Kansas bar in 1998 and the Missouri bar in 1999.. Upon graduating from law school, Kevin joined the law firm of Shook, Hardy & Bacon, L.L.P. ("SHB") in Kansas City, Missouri. While at SHB, Kevin was a member of the business litigation group which focused on defending corporations on various issues such as anti-trust, insurance coverage and defense, contract disputes and environmental compliance. During his tenure at SHB, Kevin represented many Fortune 500 companies such as Kraft Foods, Inc., American Airlines, Inc., CNA Life Insurance Co., UtiliCorp United, Inc. and the Union Pacific Railroad.. In July 2001, Kevin joined the law firm that is now known as Roberts & Easley, LLC. Since joining the firm, Kevin has focused his practice on family law and estate planning. Kevin currently resides in Ozark, Missouri with his wife Melisa, and three children Jadyn, Jace and Jett.

Originally from Texas, she has spent nearly her entire life in the state, with the exception of her time attending law school. Her roots trace back to Wichita Falls, but she has primarily lived in Irving. A passionate sports enthusiast, she is an avid supporter of the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Oklahoma Sooners, Dallas Wings, and Dallas Mavericks. Throughout the years, she has been deeply involved in her church community, serving in various leadership and volunteer roles, including choir member, Youth Sunday School teacher, Board of Trustees member, Chairperson of the Education Committee, and positions on the Staff Parish Relations Committee and Church Council. She also served as President of the United Methodist Women and held office with the Dallas Denton District of United Methodist Women. Although she stepped back from active church service to focus on raising her children, she plans to return to volunteer work once her youngest child, who is nearing the end of her junior year, has left the nest.
