I entered the legal profession because I am passionate about access to
justice for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and
stalking. I have a solo practice, which includes family law, protections
orders, and some immigration.
In all of those practice areas, I am committed to working with
survivors, addressing safety concerns, and empowering clients within the
civil legal system. I offer a sliding fee scale, and work with each
client individually to craft strategies to meet their unique legal needs.

I was born and raised in Seattle, WA, and went to the UW for undergrad. I then obtained a degree from Willamette Law School in Salem, OR. I have practiced law for over 16 years with BAR licenses from California and Washington state..I moved back to Seattle from California in 2012 and have experienced Seattle's economic boom in the last 7 years. I have successfully helped new businesses and immigrants meet their growing legal needs.

Alicia’s practice experience is comprised of a variety of family law matters, including high asset divorce and equitable distribution, child custody, child and spousal support, marital agreements, and protection from abuse. Justin joined the domestic relations firm, Hofstein Weiner & Meyer, P.C. in 2015 and handles a wide variety of family law issues.. Justin earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and his law degree from Villanova Law School. While in law school, Justin worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Carolyn Tornetta Carluccio in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County. Jared DeRosso focuses his practice primarily on divorce and other family law matters. I received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Ithaca College and a Juris Doctorate from New England Law.  I am licensed in New York and New Jersey.  I am a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a co-chair of the Family Law Section of the Bergen County Bar Association.  I have worked for the New York City Administration for Children’s Services protecting the rights of the City’s most vulnerable children.  I volunteer with the Volunteer Lawyers for Justice helping people navigate the legal system and sit on the Bergen County Ethics Committee.

Stephanie is an Idaho attorney with experience representing clients in family law matters - divorce, custody, modifications, adoptions and more. Her practice also emphasizes equine law, an emerging field encompassing the contract, business and property laws that impact the horse industry.. Although Stephanie’s trial and courtroom experience affords clients strong representation through the entire legal process, Stephanie also believes in the amicable resolution of disputes and practices alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation..
