Tate Justesen has worked in family law for many years, and is based in Multnomah County, where he gained valuable experience in the practice of family law and clients' needs, including issues such as divorce/separation, custody, parenting time, spousal support and assets division.. While he is based in Multnomah County, Tate handles cases in multiple counties throughout Oregon, including Washington and Clackamas Counties. Tate also has experience in environmental law issues from his work on federal grazing rights issues for the Western Resources Legal Center.. Originally from rural Central Oregon (near the rafting & fishing town of Maupin), Tate has a great appreciation for the outdoors.
