Kate Green Fletcher (formerly Kate L. Green) grew up in Paducah, Kentucky before returning to Lexington after high school to continue her education. Kate graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Kentucky in May of 2007. Upon graduation, Kate followed in both of her parents’ footsteps and attended the University of Kentucky College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate in May of 2010. She was admitted to practice law in Kentucky that same year. From August of 2010, through June of 2011, Kate served as the staff attorney for the Honorable Judge Timothy N. Philpot in the First Division of the Fayette Circuit Court, where she gained valuable insights and experiences in all areas of domestic relations law.. Before becoming a founding member of Osborne Fletcher PLLC, Kate practiced for over five years at the law firm of Britton Osborne Johnson PLLC. Her entire practice has focused exclusively on the practice of domestic relations. Among other issues, Kate assists individuals across the Commonwealth with cases involving dissolution of marriage, legal separation, and child-related matters such as paternity, child support, and custody.. Kate is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Fayette County Bar Association, where she served on the Board of Directors through May 2017. Martha Rosenberg has practiced Family Law since 1981 and is well respected in the legal community for her knowledge and ethics.  She is currently an elected officer for the Family Law Section of the Kentucky Bar Association, current director of the Mediation Center of Kentucky, member anf former head of the Kentucky Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, former head of the Fayette County Bar Association, Family Court section and participates in a number of local community non-profit groups. Admitted to the bar in Delaware and Virginina in 2002, Mitch earned his bachelor's degree from The George Washington University.  While at George Washington, Mitch played varsity baseball and interned with the United States Secret Service.  Mitch received his Juris Doctorate from The Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.  Prior to founding of his law firm, Mitch was an associate at the Dover law firm of Street & Ellis.  Mitch is also a former law clerk to the Court of Common Pleas in Kent and Sussex Counties.  Mitch was previously apppinted by the Delaware Family Court to serve as the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) from 2003 to 2006.. Mtich resides in Kent County, Delaware with his wife and four children.  He is active in Holy Cross Church.  Mitch is currently a vice-president of the Delaware State Bar Association and was president of the Kent County Bar Assoication for the 2012-13 term.  He is member of the Delaware State Bar Association, Kent County Bar Association and American Bar Association.

Andrew M. Wayment (Andy) graduated in 1998 with high honors from Idaho State University with a major in history and a minor in English. Thereafter, Andy attended the University of Idaho College of Law where, notably, he was a member of the Idaho Law Review. As a member, Andy published an article entitled: “The Second Amendment: A Guard for Our Future Security.” Andy submitted this article to the National Rifle Association for an essay contest and it took first place. He obtained a scholarship from the NRA for his expenses for the third year of law school.. Following his second year of law school and during the Summer of 2000, Andy served as the law clerk for the Honorable N. Randy Smith in Bannock County, Idaho. Thereafter, Andy graduated from law school in the top twenty of his class in May of 2001. Andy then served for two years as the law clerk for the Honorable James J. May in Blaine County, Idaho. Andy feels very blessed to have served with, and learned from, two of the greatest judges in the state of Idaho (of course he isn't biased) and believes these experiences help him every day in his law practice.. In August of 2003, Andy joined Wright Wright & Johnson, PLLC as an associate and later became a partner with that firm.  Andy joined forces with Aaron J. Tolson in July of 2015 and is now a partner at Tolson & Wayment, PLLC.  Andy currently assists clients with issues in the areas of estate planning, probate, business, contract, collection, family law, natural resource, conservation easement, and real property law. Weston J. Burke is an associate at Beard St. Clair Gaffney, and a member of the firm’s litigation team. Weston’s areas of practice include family law, criminal defense, civil litigation, and probate.. Weston is a lifelong Idahoan, born and raised in Southeast Idaho. He received his bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy from Idaho State University, and then attended the University of Idaho, College of Law. During law school, Weston served as a Managing Editor of the Idaho Law Review. He was awarded a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his academic efforts, and was a multi-time member of the Dean’s List.. Weston graduated from law school in 2022, and was admitted to practice law in Idaho’s state courts and in the United States District Court of Idaho. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar and the American Bar Association. He returned to Southeast Idaho following graduation to serve his community.. Weston and his wife, Jasmine, proudly share a daughter and son. In his free time, Weston enjoys sports, and spending time with his family.
