Brynne L. Howard graduated magna cum laude with a B.A in Political Science and Women’s Studies from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, in 2006. She received her JD from Drake Law School in 2010, graduating with highest honors and as a member of the Order of the Coif.. After graduating from law school, Brynne worked for several years as an immigration attorney with a local nonprofit, Iowa Migrant Movement for Justice (formerly Iowa Justice for Our Neighbors). In 2017, Brynne co-taught Immigration Law 101 at Drake University Law School.
