Company actively not giving me a refund in over 3 months.

Location: Georgia, united states. Greetings people of r/legaladvice i need help from anyone. long story short i won a lot of 3 products, two monitors and 1 headset on june 2nd of this year costing $244.86 (in this economy and my living expenses this is very much appreciated back!) . I have been back and forth with support and sometimes hadn't heard anything for weeks. the company is based in Texas and is an auction house that used the website hibid to host the bidding. Since then i have received no refund after requesting it over and over. i’ve been told 3 weeks ago that i would receive my refund around a week and did not receive it then. since then i’ve called and emailed and only got told they would “notify the financial team!” they didn’t. if anyone can help me, give me advice, or send out a “threatening“ email saying they will face legal action, anything at this point would help.
