Roadie driver hit my parked car, how can I file claim?

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma I have video footage showing the driver striking my car, as well as footage of him exiting his vehicle and delivering the package to my neighbor. I called Roadie, but its automated system disconnected me because I was neither the driver, sender, nor recipient. I also emailed Roadie multiple times but have received no response. My neighbor even provided me with the Roadie delivery ID for the package. Unfortunately, the video resolution is not high enough to identify the vehicle’s license plate. I already filed a police report.
