Issues with HVAC contractor/installation

Location: Massachusetts . I purchased a four zone minisplit system in late 2022 and two the heads were installed improperly on slanted walls (can cause water to leak into the head and/or floor). . They have both failed one in late 2025 and the other mid 2026 causing complete system shutdowns (no heat in dead of winter). I have already paid close to $6,000 for repairs even though the manufacturer has a ten year parts warranty and the contractor a three year labor warranty) . After reviewing the contract and the installation there are other issues: pad for condenser not installed and now it is sinking into the dirt on one side. External lines not in called for protective coverings. I also could not find any required permits being pulled. A this point I want them to refund all fees (I'm willing to drop a percentage based on some usage) and remove the whole system. Any advice would be appreciated
