Applying for child support (WV)

Location: West Virginia I was awarded custody of my daughter several years ago after her biological mother failed to comply with CPS and I have a paper stating in big bold letters that her rights were TERMINATED FOREVER. She currently isn’t paying me any child support but a coworker of mine said that she went through a similar situation and it’s separate issues and she’s still obligated to pay it to me however I’m afraid that if she begins owing me child support that it would open the possibility of her getting visitation rights back which I don’t want because she’s on drugs and would be likely putting my daughter in the same situations that got her taken away in the first place.
