Apartmemt tenancy question

Location: Washington state Situation: i am leasing a 3 bedroom apartment with a couple and thier daughter. Recently the mother was arrested for felony domestic violence and ordered by the court to not be with a distance of her husband for 2 years. We cant afford the place without her. Is there any court cases or precedents/advice anyone knows of to get a lease terminated without an eviction on record for such a wierd circumstance outside of my hands? I dont want a 7 year penalized record for something i had nothing to do with.
