Falsely accused with no evidence.

Location: New York Two years ago a friend and I and his gf at the time had an encounter together since we were all close. later on they had broken up and she had filled a police report on him and I on top of this she took him to family court for several reasons which are not true and she dropped the case. She doesnt state that we did anything forceful or anything but that she was intimidated and we all had verbally consented during this encounter there was no grey. Her and I also did hand stuff(her on me and I would ask) she wrote in her statment that "i had guided her hand and mouth" which was not true even more so since it was her hand only and I would again ask for consent and receive it. Along with me confirming via text where she said she would not do something she wouldnt want to(this was also confirmation that her bf was fine with it) fast foward and the boy friend and I are under investigation. The invesgator told him "she said she said she consented but regretted it" We asked the police officer invesgsting if anything seemed criminal he said no, not from what ive heard and seen. He still submits it to the DA's office a month ago today. Why would this be and how do I know if it is dropped? What should I do. And yes I do know i should had talked to a lawyer first. What should I do and should I be worried?
