Mr. Sam P. Dixon, III was born in Mobile, Alabama. The great-grandson of the Alabama Governor, Frank Dixon, Sam has come from a long family history of politics and the legal profession. Mr. Dixon always admired and respected the legal profession and aspired to help people obtain justice and fairness through the legal process. Sam obtained his bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama and then decided to continue his career in law. After receiving his law degree from Faulkner University in just two and a half years, Mr. Sam Dixon went on to clerk for both the Alabama Department of Corrections and the Federal Public Defender's Office for the Middle District of Alabama.. While studying for the bar exam, Sam obtained further family law experience while clerking for a domestic relations firm in Huntsville, Alabama. After passing the bar, Sam gained further experience working for a criminal defense and family law firm in Birmingham, Alabama. During that time, Sam was responsible for hundreds of clients. Mr. Dixon excelled in the areas of domestic relations and criminal defense. Sam was then promoted to lead counsel in various legal matters from criminal jury trials involving murder, sex crimes and drug trafficking to domestic relations cases involving custody, property division, visitation and child support. After achieving various successes in those areas and a partnership offer in a short amount of time, Mr. Dixon did not stop there. Sam's ultimate goal was to start his own firm where he could continue to assist his client's in achieving successful outcomes. Thus, Dixon Law was created. Dixon Law mission is to continue to provide a personal touch, guidance, consultation and advocacy at an affordable price. We know your case matters to you and Dixon Law will continue to provide quality representation, excellent client communications and fierce litigation to fight for your best interest!
