Edward Joseph Berry

Firm: Servant Law, LLC.
117 1st Ave E , Oneonta , Alabama 35121
Practice Areas: Workers Compensation, Personal Injury
Servant Law was founded on the principle of “Whoever desires to become a leader among you shall be your servant."Mark 10:43.  It was Jesus Christ who spoke these words. He made it clear that since he came to earth not to be served, but to serve, we should follow his example by being servants instead of being served.. I created Servant Law to serve the needs of my clients and community. Our focus at Servant Law is creating an irresistible atmosphere of excellence through which we help our clients navigate through troublesome times and obtain resolutions to legal problems in a manner that reflects the highest levels of legal representation, yet even more importantly reflects our intention to serve our clientele in a tangible way by protecting their integrity.. Outside of practicing law, I am a husband and a father. Family time and serving in the local church are also priorities. I am a lover of music and musician, with the saxophone being my primary instrument.  I enjoy writing and arranging music as well as participating in jam sessions with my jazz muscian friends. When I have the opprotunity, I also like to swing the tennis racket.

E. Nathan Harris is a distinguished attorney based in Hoover, Alabama. A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, Mr. Harris is a preeminent personal injury attorney and a leading defender of minority rights in the Birmingham region.. As he tells it, Harris’ decision to become a lawyer was a natural one.. While pursuing his law degree at the University of Alabama, Harris began developing a keen interest in helping the Hispanic communities in his home state. After serving as a Law Clerk for the Constitutional Assembly of Ecuador during a period abroad, Harris undertook a clerkship at his home university in which he researched a memorandum on the issue of standing for undocumented Hispanic Immigrants who sought to sue to redress personal injuries. During these clerkships, a deep appreciation and understanding of what Hispanic people in Alabama go through began to take root.. For Harris, this interest in defending the rights of undocumented immigrants and other minorities blossomed into a unique and magnanimous specialization within personal injury law. Since graduating from law school, he has cultivated one of the leading practices with this focus in the region and today Harris manages two completely bilingual law offices in Alabama and Tennessee.. As a leader in his field, Harris pays close attention to prevailing trends in personal injury law affecting minorities in Alabama. In particular, he has his eye on the effect immigration status might have on a person's legal standing as it relates to other rights.. For all his achievements, Harris has no intentions of resting on his laurels. Looking forwad, Harris envisions expanding success as he continues to represent hispanics and other minorities in Alabama and Tennessee far into the future.. Detailed Career Information. E. Nathan Harris received his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a concentration in International Business, magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
