I  was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 1978. After spending several years with a downtown Phoenix law firm,  I moved my practice to the suburbs, namely, Mesa, in 1981. My practice has regularly consisted of approximately 2/3 commercial litigation, and 1/3 representing and advising small and/or closely-held businesses in all aspects of commercial law and practice.
