A Message Of Hope And Peace. It is my Christian Mission to help people laboring under the heavy load of debt by sharing a message of HOPE. You can break the chains of the cruel master of debt and regain your life! I can help you achieve debt forgiveness or reorganization through the principals first outlined in the Old Testament of the Bible, Deuteronomy 15, expressed in our United States Constitution and adopted as the United States Bankruptcy Code.. The reason why our Law Firm exists is to Restore the Hope and Peace of People in Distress. How we Restore the Hope and Peace of People in Distress with bill problems is through the Bankruptcy Process. What we do to Restore the Hope and Peace of People in Distress is to lovingly taken care of and guide you expertly through the complex Bankruptcy maze, when you call the office we have a dozen people trained to answer the phone, when it is time for Court one of our attorneys will be there usually 15 minutes ahead of time to meet and talk with you. If something needs to happen, we make it happen. If you need to do something, we let you know several times what to do, when to do it and how to get it done. If, Lord forbid, we mess up, we bare the cost and fix any problem we create.. The reason our team members work with our Firm is they want to Restore the Hope and Peace of People in Financial Distress; otherwise, they don’t get to work with us. It is just that simple. You deserve nothing less!. Greg’s Story. I was born and raised in a God fearing middle-middle income family in Mabelvale, Arkansas. My Dad worked at a factory and retired from the Marine Corps as a Sergeant Major and my mom worked as a teacher’s aide with the school system. My Mom & Dad made sure I was in Church every Sunday and taught me right from wrong. I got a whipping when I did wrong and I thank God Almighty for the discipline my parents gave me.. Hard work was assumed in our family. I cut grass and threw a paper route before I went to work at Casa Bonita Mexican restaurant at age 14. Later on, I cut fire wood for sale, cut trees and worked for Kroger through college and part of law school. I was Honorably Discharged from the United States Army. My wife and I married in 1984, we have 3 children. After graduating law school and passing the bar exam in early 1988 we started the long hard road of building a Law Practice from nothing but prayers to God to bless our labor and to help and guide us to realize our hopes and dreams. There were times when bill collectors called our home demanding payment when we couldn’t pay. Some creditors appeared at our door threatening to turn off our electricity or water. We know what it is like to experience hard times.. By the grace of God Almighty, we have been able to build a successful law practice Helping Restore Hope and Peace to People in Financial Distress overcome their bill problems. We constantly battle what I call the “Ivory Tower, Tassel Loafer Lawyers” that represent the “powerful” interests in our society. I see it as God’s plan and purpose for me to lead our Law Firm to help Real People with Real Problems by being their lawyers, fighting for them to repel the evil forces of overwhelming debt represented by legions of Ivory Tower lawyers.

I am originally from Gurdon, Arkansas. The first person in my family to attend a four-year college, I obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian and Political Science from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. As an undergraduate, I spent a semester abroad in Almaty, Kazakhstan, studying the Russian language and culture. I earned my Master of Arts degree in Slavic Languages and Literatures from the University of Kansas in 1998. After taking a year-long hiatus, I enrolled in law school at the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and obtained my law degree in 2002.. While in law school, I served as the Research Editor of the Arkansas Law Review. I was also an active member of the moot court program and was recognized for writing and oral advocacy achievement in this program. I served on the Board of Advocates as the Ben J. Altheimer Moot Court Competition Chair. In 2002, I was awarded the 2002 Outstanding Service to the Law School Award and received the 2002 Appellate Advocacy Prize.. While in law school, I received the Vincent W. Foster, Jr., Scholarship two years in a row. During my first interview with the scholarship selection committee, I met the Honorable William R. Through this encounter, I was given the opportunity to serve Judge Wilson as one of his law clerks from 2002 to 2004. Firm: wh Law
1 Riverfront Pl, STE 745 , North Little Rock , Arkansas 72114
Practice Areas: Bankruptcy & Debt
Jessica Hall is a top-rated bankruptcy attorney here in North Little Rock; she and the team at wh Law can do it all.. wh Law concentrates in several practice areas, ranging from bankruptcy to family law. Whether you are looking for a bankruptcy lawyer or need guidance in other practice areas, you can expect a passionate team of lawyers, like Jessica Hall, who is prepared to help you.. Originally from Little Rock, she received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from Saint Louis University. After a ten year career as a Certified Public Accountant, she became a lawyer and joined wh Law in 2019 in the bankruptcy practice.. Jessica wears many hats at wh Law, but her favorite part of the job is connecting with clients on a personal level and ensuring client satisfaction.. Originally from Little Rock, Jessica chose to attend St. Louis University in part because the neighborhoods and districts of St. Louis reminded her of Little Rock: a big city with small-town feel. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics and had a successful career as a Certified Public Accountant.. Jessica fell in love with the law at the same time she fell in love with her husband, Brandon. Hearing about his workday as the managing partner at wh Law was the push she needed to attend law school. One of the things Jessica loves about being at wh Law is the way they are changing the entire legal field by making everything accessible to our clients. She knows that having to call a lawyer is generally a stressful time, and hopes to have a positive, direct impact on clients during trying and difficult times.. Jessica’s motto is “Eat the Frog.” She learned this phrase my first week of law school, and it comes from a Mark Twain quote: “If it’s your job to eat a frog, it’s best to do it first thing in the morning. And if it’s your job to eat two frogs, it’s best to eat the biggest one first.” She finds that getting the toughest things out of the way first thing in the morning set your day up for success. This motto allows her to attack the day at work so she can be the best mom possible to her four children, Thomas, Andrew, Betty, and Lyla. While balancing a full time job with four kids can be a challenge, it is the small moments that bring her fulfillment.
