I graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1973 and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1978. Previously to helping found Bogatin, Corman & Gold in 1994, I was staff counselto the National Treasury Employees Union and subsequently staff counsel to theCalifornia School Employees Association. In 1992, I was honored as CSEA’s Employee of the Year for my representation ofpublic sector employee plaintiffs in litigation affecting the pension rights ofCalifornia public employees.
