David L. Fiol graduated from the Harvard Law School (Cambridge, MA) with his JD in 1988, after receiving his BA in Government from Cornell University (Ithaca, NY) in 1984. Mr. Fiol has broad experience in a variety of fields involving injuries.  He spent the first ten years of his career litigating aviation accident and other wrongful death and personal injury cases for a nationally recognized plaintiff's firm based in New York City. He has appeared and argued cases before trial and appellate courts all around the country.. After forming a law frim with Joseph Brent in 2008, Fiol has continued to represent clients with personal injury and aviation accident claims, and has taken on a number of civil rights matters in which individuals have been injured due to police or prison misconduct..
