I founded my own practice in October 2010 after working as the General Counsel of a Los Angeles-based real estate development firm. I decided to take my big law firm experience, together with what I learned being in-house counsel for nearly 10 years at marquee companies, and start my own practice.  Four years later, I have a team of 3, and we represent clients in a variety of industries on business formation, contract drafting, business transactions and real estate deals..
