I’m Marshall Waller, a director and principal shareholder at Feinberg & Waller, APC, and a California Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS). I’ve taught law at the university level and have been a Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB) speaker for the Regents of the University of California.. My personal practice often involves Hague Convention matters, international child abduction, and jurisdictional conflicts.. I earned my B.A. with highest honors from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, my J.D. from Loyola Law School, and pursued postgraduate tax studies at USC and USD. I remain active in bar associations and give back through volunteer work, including as a mock trial coach for Teach Democracy.
