Mr. Parker received his J.D. from Southwestern Law School and graduated in the top ten (10%) percent of his class. While in school, Mr. Parker was on the Dean’s List, received the Dean’s Scholarship for Academic Excellence, and was the recipient of several Cali Awards for having the highest grades in his class. Mr. Parker was selected to be a member of Southwestern’s prestigious Moot Court Honor’s program where he won First Place Oralist and Honorable Mention Writer in an intramural competition and led his team to win a national moot court competition between some of the top law schools in the country. As a result of Mr. Parker’s efforts, Southwestern’s Moot Court Program honored him with the award of Best Oralist in the program.. After graduating law school, Mr. Parker was selected as a distinguished fellow by the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) where he received specialized training in trial litigation by some of the nation’s most successful trial attorneys. Additionally, Mr. Parker worked as a law clerk for a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge and the Los Angeles District Attorney.. Mr. Parker has extensive experience in litigation involving construction defects, defamation, complex business disputes, insurance defense, personal injury, home owners associations, landlord and tenants. Most recently, an Appellate Brief written by Mr. Parker led the Fourth District Court of Appeal to reverse their previous case precedent and make new law. See Sanders v. Walsh, G047440 (Cal. Ct.
