I have worked at McDermott Law, LLC for almost 20 years. During my tenure, I worked as a Paralegal and Legal Administrator before graduating from law school and being admitted to the bar. As an attorney, I continue to work on behalf of clients to recover wrongfully denied or terminated insurance benefits.. I have experience in drafting internal insurance appeals, litigating civil lawsuits and handling ERISA, PERA, and private disability insurance claims.
