Scot D. Goldberg. A founding member of the firm, Scot D. Goldberg is a Fort Myers native and member of the Lee County Bar Association, the Lee County Personal Injury Association, the Florida Bar, the Federal Bar Association, the Federal Court of the Middle and Northern Districts, the Florida Justice Association (formerly known as the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers), The American Association for Justice (formerly known as The Association of Trial Lawyers of America); the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America; and the Southern Trial Lawyers Association. He also is an authorized volunteer for Meals on Wheels.  Scot  previously served his community as a Hearing Officer for the City of Fort Myers and as an Honorary Deputy for the Lee County Sheriff’s Department. Cooley Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1995. He was admitted to the Florida Bar and the U. S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, in 1995. In conjunction with his work at the State Attorney’s Office, he received certification in Juvenile Justice and Delinquency from the U.S. Department of Justice.
